Place the earphones inside the charging case, keep the case open, and press and hold the button for more than 10 seconds until the inner indicator light turns red to reset your earphones.
The pairing information recorded on the earphones will be cleared. After the inner indicator light flashes red for 3 seconds and then flashes white, the earphones will enter Pairing mode.
