- Some devices cannot be found by using the Huawei Health app. That is, the Find device feature is not available on the device details screen of the Huawei Health app.
- Bands without speakers will not ring. Actual performance shall prevail.
- Make sure your wearable device is properly linked with the Huawei Health app on your phone.
- Open Huawei Health, navigate to the device details screen, and go to Find device > Ring.
- Touch Ring, and your device will start ringing (even in Vibration or Silent mode). When you find your device, touch Stop ringing, or wait until the ringing ends.
