Powering on
- Press and hold the Up button.
- Charge the device.
Powering off
- Press and hold the Up button and then touch Power off.
- Press the Up button to open the app list and then go to .
- If the battery level is critically low, the device will vibrate and then automatically power off.
Restarting
- Press and hold the Up button and then touch Restart.
- Press the Up button to open the app list and then go to .
Force restarting
Press and hold the Up button for at least 12 seconds.
Restoring to factory settings
Method 1: Press the Up button on the watch to open the app list, go to , and follow the onscreen instructions to restore the device to its factory settings.
Method 2: Open the Health app, touch Devices and your device name, and then select Reset.
After you restore the device to its factory settings, data of all cards, system, and apps (including data of linked bank cards, access cards, and the eSIM) in your account and wallet will be removed from your device. Please exercise caution when performing this operation.
