Setting background management:

  1. Open Phone Manager.
  2. Go to Permissions > Background progresses.
  3. Set HMS Core and the HUAWEI FamCare app to always run in the background.

Setting background cleanup protection:

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the phone's screen to display recent tasks.
  2. Swipe down on the HUAWEI FamCare app to add it to the locking trustlist.
