Set High contrast
  1. Click the Windows icon and then the Settings icon, and select Ease of Access.

  2. Select High contrast. Enable Turn on high contrast. Click the drop-down list of Choose a theme, and click on different themes to preview their effects. Click Apply when you are satisfied with the theme.

Please note that when you select High Contrast Black, the whole background on your computer will be black, including the backgrounds of files and browsers. Select Off under Choose a theme to return to the default settings.
