How to restore or delete data in Cloud backup

Restore Cloud backup data:

Cloud 10.6.2.300 or later:

Go to Settings > Log in with HUAWEI ID > Cloud > Cloud backup > Restore data, select a backup copy, and touch Restore.

Cloud in versions earlier than 10.6.2.300:

Go to Settings > Log in with HUAWEI ID > Cloud > Cloud backup, select a backup copy, and touch Restore.

Delete Cloud backup data:

Cloud 10.6.2.300 or later:

Go to Settings > Log in with HUAWEI ID > Cloud > Manage storage > Cloud backup, select your device, and touch Delete backup. All Cloud backup data for the device will be deleted.

Cloud in versions earlier than 10.6.2.300:

Go to Settings > Log in with HUAWEI ID > Cloud > Cloud backup, select a backup copy, and touch Delete.

 
  • In Cloud 10.6.2.300 or later, you can only delete all Cloud backup data of a device, instead of deleting a single Cloud backup copy.
  • The operation path varies depending on the Cloud version.
