How to restore or delete data in Cloud Backup

Restore Cloud Backup data

Cloud 10.6.2.300 or later:

Go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud > MANAGE STORAGE > Cloud Backup > select your device > Restore data, select a backup copy, and touch RESTORE.

Cloud in versions earlier than 10.6.2.300:

Go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud > Cloud Backup, select a backup copy, and touch Restore.

Delete Cloud Backup data

Cloud 10.6.2.300 or later:

Go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud > MANAGE STORAGE > Cloud Backup, select your device, and touch DELETE BACKUP. All Cloud Backup data for the device will be deleted.

Cloud in versions earlier than 10.6.2.300:

Go to Settings > Log in to HUAWEI ID > Cloud > Cloud Backup, select a backup copy, and touch Delete.

 
  • In Cloud 10.6.2.300 or later, you can only delete all Cloud Backup data of a device, instead of deleting a single Cloud Backup copy.
  • The operation path varies depending on the Cloud version.
