[HUAWEI] VO2Max is not displayed during outdoor workout |
VO2Max will display only after an outdoor run/walk is initiated on your band/watch, and the following requirements are met:
Running: After a 10-minute warm-up, the average speed should be greater than 7.2 kph, and the speed change should be within 1 kph for two consecutive minutes. If the running speed keeps fluctuating, the average speed in the period from the eighth minute to the tenth minute will be checked, and the average speed should be greater than 7.2 kph.
Fast walking: The cadence should be greater than or equal to 100 steps/min. This mode is applicable to people whose exercise cannot meet the requirements of stability and intensity of running.
VO2Max (maximum oxygen uptake) refers to the maximum amount of oxygen that you breathe per minute per kilogram (unit: ml/kg/min) during a workout of the maximum intensity. It is an important indicator to measure a person's aerobic endurance and workout potential.
