Some phones may automatically answer incoming calls when connected to your watch/band because the auto-answer feature is enabled on such phones. This does not indicate an issue with your watch/band. Disable this feature by performing the following depending on your phone brand:

  • OnePlus phones: Go to Settings > Sound & vibration > Earphone mode, and disable Auto-answer when connected to a Bluetooth device. Alternatively, open Dialler, touch Settings in the upper right corner, touch Answer & End, and disable Auto-answer when connected to an external device.
  • iPhones: Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Call Audio Routeing, and disable Auto-Answer Calls.
  • Samsung phones: Go to Phone > Keypad, touch the three-dot icon in the upper right corner, go to Settings > Answer and end calls, and disable Auto-Answer.
  • Xiaomi phones: Go to Settings > App settings > System app settings > Phone and disable Auto-Answer.
  • Other phones: Automatically answering incoming calls when the phone is connected to a Bluetooth device may have been enabled. Contact the customer service of your phone to disable it and then see if the issue is resolved.
