| [Huawei] Notifications are sent incorrectly indicating that the kids watch has entered/exited a safe zone |
Problem
The watch stays in a specific place, but the user receives a notification in the HUAWEI FamCare app indicating that the watch has entered/exited a safe zone.
Solution
- When the watch is in a particular environment (for example, such as with obstructions from high-rise buildings, surface reflections from large bodies of water, or a small number of Wi-Fi hotspots or base stations nearby), the locating accuracy may decrease, causing notifications to be sent incorrectly. In this case, adjust the ranges of the safe zones to avoid such notifications being sent frequently.
- Two or more safe zones have been configured and their ranges overlap. It is recommended that the safe zones you set do not have overlapping areas or you disable some safe zones instead. (You can open the HUAWEI FamCare app to check whether the safe zones overlap.)
Thanks for your feedback.
