If this issue occurs, perform the following.

Use the wireless charging cradle that came with your device

Third-party chargers may not work well with your band/watch. It is recommended that you use the original cradle that came with your device.

Clean the charging contacts

Metal, dirt, or other foreign matter on the charging contacts of your cradle and band/watch may prevent connection. You can use a wet wipe or alcohol to clean them, and try connecting again after they dry.

Disconnect the cradle and your device from the power supply before cleaning the charging contacts.

Charge away from magnetic environments

Your device and cradle attach to each other using magnets. A strong magnetic environment (such as when there is a nuclear magnetic resonance machine or an electromagnetic crane around) may weaken the magnets or reverse the polarity, as a result, the device and the charging cradle cannot attract, and even repel each other. It is recommended that you charge away from such environments.

Check whether the charging contacts are aligned

Your device and cradle attach only when their contacts are aligned. Try again to adjust their position.

If the issue persists, take your device and proof of purchase to an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre for assistance.
