Bluetooth usage and reconnection range on HUAWEI Eyewear series devices

HUAWEI Eyewear series devices support audio playback and voice calls from a distance of up to 10 meters.

If your eyewear is outside this connection range, it will automatically disconnect. In the following situations, the eyewear will reconnect to either one or two of the most recently connected devices via Bluetooth.

 
  • Make sure that wear detection is enabled.
  • HUAWEI X GENTLE MONSTER Eyewear products don't support simultaneous connections to two different devices.

The eyewear will automatically reconnect to the most recently connected phone/tablet.

  • If you are wearing the eyewear, double-tap the arms or remove and put on the eyewear to initiate a Bluetooth reconnection.
  • If you are not wearing the eyewear, put it on to initiate a Bluetooth reconnection.
  • Charge the eyewear or stop charging it (by taking it out of the charging case or unplugging the charging converter) to initiate a Bluetooth reconnection.

≤ 10 minutes

The eyewear will automatically reconnect to the most recently connected phone/tablet.

> 10 minutes

On the Bluetooth screen of your phone/tablet, touch the name of your eyewear in the paired device list to re-connect.
