If you cannot find your earphones in the Find Device list on your phone, perform the following steps:
Check your phone's system version
This feature is only supported on phones running EMUI 11.0 or later.
Log in to your HUAWEI ID
You haven't logged in to your HUAWEI ID and enabled the Find Device function.
Restore your earphones to their factory settings
Press and hold the Function button for more than 10 seconds until the indicator flashes to restore the earphones to their factory settings. Then pair the earphones with your phone and try again.
