My HUAWEI FreeBuds/FreeLace series earphones feel insecure when worn |
Ear canal size varies by individual, and the earphones may not be a perfect fit for your ears. In this case, try the following:
- Clean your ears with a clean tissue before putting on the earphones.
- Make sure that you are wearing the earphones correctly. The L and R labels refer to the left and right ears respectively.
- Select an appropriate pair of ear tips for your earphones.
- FreeBuds Pro 3, FreeBuds Pro 2, FreeBuds 5i, FreeBuds Pro, FreeBuds 4i, FreeBuds 3i, FreeBuds Lite, and FreeLace series earphones come with different sizes of ear tips. Please choose the size that best fits your ears. If only one earphone tends to come loose, you can use two different sizes of ear tips.
- For earphones with stabilisers, such as FreeLace Lite and xSport Pro, press the stabilisers until they slip completely into your ear canals.
- Feel free to adjust the angle of the earphones or press them further into the ear canal to ensure a snug fit.
