Unable to find the Audiobooks section in Music after my phone is restored to its factory settings

Problem:

After the phone or tablet is restored to its factory settings, the Audiobooks section is not available in Music.

Cause:

The version of the pre-installed Music app on your phone or tablet is outdated.

Solution:

Update Music to the latest version by going to Music > Library > Settings > Check for updates.
