Setting app windows to be maximised or minimised after I open them
  1. Right-click the app you want to set and choose Properties from the shortcut menu.

  2. Click Shortcut, open the drop-down list next to Run, choose maximised or Minimised, and click OK.

    The windows of some apps cannot be maximised or minimised after you open them.
