To select suitable ear tips
The pre-installed ear tips may not be the best fit for you. To find the best fit, try using the larger or smaller ear tips. Consider using a different ear tip size for each ear if it's most comfortable that way.
To clean and replace the ear tips
Remove: Pinch the earphone and ear tips separately with your two hands, and gently pull out the ear tips to remove them.
Clean: Use a cotton swab or a clean soft brush to remove the dust and earwax from the steel mesh part of the earphone.
