How to diagnose issues with the connections of the HUAWEI Vision

1. In Optimiser, go to Smart Diagnosis.

2. Select Agree in the displayed dialog box to start the test.

3. After the test is complete, select the corresponding port type to view the test result. If the test result is normal, normal will be displayed on the screen. If the result is abnormal, a troubleshooting method will be provided.

4. Select Test again or Diagnosis complete depending on the result. You can click More services in the upper right corner to dial the hotline or scan the QR code on the screen to get technical support.
