Emotional data unavailable on the Emotional wellbeing screen in the Huawei Health app

Problem:

After updating the Huawei Health app to version 15.0.8.300 or later (Android phones)/15.0.8.305 or later (iPhones), and then tapping the Emotional wellbeing card on the Health screen, the user is automatically redirected to the Stress card where stress data is displayed, and no emotional data is available when the user manually switches to the Emotional wellbeing card.

Solution:

Thank you for your feedback. The emotional health monitoring feature is only supported on certain wearable devices. If the wearable device connected to the Huawei Health app does not support Emotional wellbeing, no emotional data will be displayed on this screen, which is normal. Please rest assured.
