Problem

After a workout, the prompt to measure recovery heart rate does not display.

Cause

The Recovery heart rate switch is off (default state) on your watch.

Solution

If you wish to use this feature, go to Settings > Workout settings and toggle on the Recovery heart rate switch before starting a workout.
