Emotional wellbeing app: Overview

To find the Emotional wellbeing feature:

On your phone, open the Huawei Health app and go to Health > Emotional wellbeing.

On your watch, press the Up button and select Emotional wellbeing from the app list.

  1. Emotional wellbeing analyses data of your emotions and stress levels to help you better understand your emotional state and health. Monitoring your emotions and stress over a long period of time can reflect your emotional health.
  2. HUAWEI smart wearables and the Huawei Health app together help keep you informed about your emotional wellness, and provide tips to help boost your mood when you're feeling low.
  3. The Pet Emotions watch face, Emotional wellbeing card, and real-time reminders show you how you're feeling and recent trends, for instant insight into your state of mind.
  4. A myriad of meditation, breathing, and yoga courses are available to help you relieve stress.
  5. Your emotions and stress levels are tracked on a daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis, so that you know when you're feeling low or stressed.
