To find the Emotional wellbeing feature:
On your phone, open the Huawei Health app and go to Health > Emotional wellbeing.
On your watch, press the Up button and select Emotional wellbeing from the app list.
- Emotional wellbeing analyses data of your emotions and stress levels to help you better understand your emotional state and health. Monitoring your emotions and stress over a long period of time can reflect your emotional health.
- HUAWEI smart wearables and the Huawei Health app together help keep you informed about your emotional wellness, and provide tips to help boost your mood when you're feeling low.
- The Pet Emotions watch face, Emotional wellbeing card, and real-time reminders show you how you're feeling and recent trends, for instant insight into your state of mind.
- A myriad of meditation, breathing, and yoga courses are available to help you relieve stress.
- Your emotions and stress levels are tracked on a daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual basis, so that you know when you're feeling low or stressed.
