The Bluetooth name of a HUAWEI watch can be customized from Settings of the connected phone.
On HUAWEI phones: Go to Settings > Bluetooth, touch 
next to the name of the paired device and then Rename, enter a new name, and touch OK.
- The path described above may differ from the actual UI on your phone.
- A watch's Bluetooth name cannot be changed in the Huawei Health app. By default, the device's official marketing name will always display in Huawei Health, even after you've changed its Bluetooth name through phone system Settings.
