To remove the strap, press the Quick release button as far as it will go and the spring bar rod will retract. Then pull out the strap to remove it.
To install a strap, insert one end of the strap obliquely into a spring bar slot, align the other end with the guide slot, and gently press the Quick release button while pressing down the strap to install it. Pull at the strap to make sure it doesn't fall out, meaning it's properly installed.

To remove the strap, press the Quick release button as far as it will go and the spring bar rod will retract. Then lift the part where you're holding the strap to remove it.
To install a strap, align the positioning rod with the positioning holes on both sides, and press the Quick release button as far as it will go while pressing down the strap to install it. Pull at the strap to make sure it doesn't fall out, meaning it's properly installed.
