Self-repair is intended for individuals with knowledge and experience in repairing electronic devices; through HUAWEI’s self-service repair program, you can purchase genuine spare parts for some HUAWEI phone and tablet models to perform your own out-of-warranty repairs. This service is currently applicable to the following products: HUAWEI MatePad 12 X 2025.

Any damage caused to the product during the repair process (by anyone other than a HUAWEI and HUAWEI authorized service center) is not covered by the warranty.
