Back Cover Protection
During the service validity period, your watch is eligible for one complimentary back cover repair if the back cover is damaged or cracked due to accidental drops, impacts, pressure, or liquid penetration during normal use. A service fee will apply for this repair.
Liquid Penetration Protection
During the service validity period, your watch is eligible for one complimentary repair if the device is damaged due to liquid penetration during normal use. A service fee will apply for this repair.
Airbag Replacement
During the service validity period, your airbag assembly is eligible for one complimentary replacement if the airbag is damaged or cracked due to accidental collisions, drops, crushing, or other situations during normal use. A service fee will apply for this repair.
Loss Care for Charging Base
During the service validity period, you can enjoy a 50% discount on the replacement cost of the original charging accessory if the original charging dock is lost or damaged during normal. The price of the charging accessory shall be subject to the price displayed on HUAWEI official consumer business website.

1- The Worry-Free Care Package is applicable for HUAWEI WATCH D3 which purchased from authorized sales channel in Qatar from 21 of October to 31 of December 2026.
2- The Worry-Free Care Package provide customer with protection benefits to their watches during one year from purchase date.
3- Each time repair for your device, a nominal service fee 79 QAR will be applied.
4- If the device is disassembled or repaired in non-authorized service center, the service rights of Worry-Free Care Package cannot be obtained.
