Your data is processed to provide you with the fan pages, and to make the pages more attractive and suitable for our users, as well as to confirm the right time and scope of our publications. We also process your personal data in order to respond to your queries if you send us a direct message through these fan pages. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating this fan page.
a) Non-personally identifiable usage and performance statistics.
As part of the operation of the fan pages, we are able to access statistical data of different categories from the Platforms. This involves data of both registered and unregistered users. We only receive anonymous data about you via the Platforms, but the Platforms do also process personal data on their own.

We retain your personal data for up to 24 months. After the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymise your personal data, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

We process your personal data within Australia and your personal data is stored in Singapore. Huawei complies with all applicable legal requirements to safeguard your personal data transferred outside of Australia. We will also transfer your personal data between the countries in which we operate in accordance with the standards and conditions of applicable data protection laws, including standards and conditions related to security and processing.
We outsource part of our customer service operations to Transcosmos Asia Philippines, Inc.a third-party vendor acting on our behalf. They only process personal data as necessary to fulfil their contracts with us and according to our strict instructions. They do not process any personal data for their own purposes.
Please note that your use of the fan pages may also involve data processing operations of the social media platforms outside Australia. The data protection guidelines of platform operators apply here.
