- When your wearable device is properly linked with the Huawei Health app, data will be automatically synced, but such syncing is not designed to happen in real time.
- Additionally, the data syncing speed is subject to the Bluetooth and CPU performance of your phone. It may take a long time to sync data on some phones.
- If data hasn't been synced automatically for quite a while, swipe down on the Huawei Health app home screen to manually sync data. It is recommended that you set background protection for the Huawei Health app.
