The airbag clothing is worn out
The airbag clothing is exposed and used daily, so it will inevitably rub against other objects (such as desks, walls, and clothes) and show signs of slight wear and tear, or appear a little fluffy, as a result. This is a normal occurrence. Avoid direct contact with other objects. You can also purchase a new airbag to replace the worn out one.
The airbag clothing has an unpleasant smell
Woven materials tend to absorb sweat, which can in turn cause bacteria to build up and produce an odour. Clean the airbag clothing regularly for greater comfort when wearing it. It is recommended that you gently scrub with a mild detergent or soap, and use clean room-temperature water to rinse it. After cleaning the airbag clothing, lay it flat or hang it up until it is completely dry before wearing it.
Please note the following information and take care during everyday use:
1. The airbag clothing is made of spandex and nylon. Avoid coming into contact with rough or sharp objects during daily use.
2. Use clean room-temperature water to regularly and promptly rinse the airbag clothing after wearing it, in order to avoid the accumulation of sweat and the appearance of stains.
3. It is recommended that you gently scrub the airbag clothing using a mild detergent or soap and rinse it with water. After cleaning the airbag clothing, lay it flat and wait until it is completely dry before wearing it.
The paper card in the airbag clothing bends
The paper card in the airbag clothing is only used to support the airbag clothing and prevent creasing and discomfort. Some degree of bending is unavoidable during packaging. This is normal and does not affect the use of the airbag clothing. Please do not be concerned.
The airbag clothing sits loosely on the strap
The width of the watch strap is the same as that of the airbag. Since the airbag clothing is made of spandex and nylon, it is light, comfortable and stretchy. During daily wear, the friction between the airbag and the airbag clothing causes the clothing to feel loose on the strap, and as a result, the watch feels loose around your wrist. This is normal and does not affect the accuracy of blood pressure measurements. Please do not be concerned.
