Solution
- Log in to the OneDrive server using your Microsoft account to obtain the decryption key.
- If you cannot log in to the OneDrive server with your computer using your Microsoft account. You can also use another computer to log in to the OneDrive server: https://onedrive.live.com/RecoveryKey. Enter your Microsoft account information as prompted to get an encryption key. Use the decryption key to unlock encrypted hard drives.
- It is recommended that you back up the important data in advance, connect the charger and press and hold or tap F10 for a long time when you start the machine, and use the system recovery factory function to restore the computer to the factory status.
- If the F10 fails to operate, you can reset the computer with F8, or you can go to Huawei customer service center to reinstall the system.
