The message reply feature is unavailable on your watch
- This feature is unavailable when your watch is connected to an iPhone.
- This feature is unavailable when your watch is in Ultra-long Battery Life mode.
- Check that your watch and the Huawei Health app have been updated to their latest versions.
- Make sure that your watch stays connected to Huawei Health and that the network on both your devices is in good condition.
- Be sure to download WhatsApp, Messenger, and Telegram from official channels (such as Google Play).
A prompt displays on the watch indicating the failure to send due to the deletion of the corresponding notification on the phone
- Check the Notification Panel on your phone to see if the corresponding message has been read or cleared. If that's the case, it's normal that you receive such a prompt.
- For multiple messages from the same sender, you can only rely to one of them on your watch.
