Problem:

There is residual adhesive after the protective case is removed from the HUAWEI Mate Xs.

Cause:

The foldable Mate Xs uses high-strength double-sided adhesive tape to ensure that the protective case stays in position at all times. It is possible for the tape to leave traces on the phone after removing the protective case.

Solution:

• Remove any residual adhesive tape from your phone, then dip a soft cloth in water and use it to wipe adhesive traces off.
• You can get two free replacements of the protective case within 1 year after purchasing your phone at an authorised Huawei Customer Service Centre.

It is recommended that you use the protective case to protect your phone from possible external impacts and daily wear and tear.
