Problem
The display of the tablet is too dark or too bright to see clearly when it is used in the sun or when the screen brightness is set to the highest level.
Solution
The product's screen brightness has reached the industry standard and can meet requirements for daily use. If the screen's brightness is too high or too low, you can adjust it in one of the following ways:
- Swipe down from the upper right corner of the tablet and drag the slider to adjust the brightness.
- Go to and enable Automatic. The screen will then automatically adjust the brightness based on the ambient light.

If the issue persists, back up your data in advance and take your device and proof of purchase to an authorized Huawei Customer Service Center for assistance.
