Notes:
1. Only app data located in data/data/package name can be backed up.
2. WeChat twin app data and WeChat data stored internally can be backed up. (When you use HiSuite to back up WeChat 7.0.22 or later, there is a possibility that HiSuite displays a successful restoration message but the actual app data is empty. It is recommended that you use the WeChat built-in migration feature to back up WeChat data.)
3. Pictures, videos, documents, and audio files stored on the memory card cannot be backed up.
4. Data in Safe cannot be backed up.
5. HiSuite does not support backing up data in non-owner mode or PrivateSpace.
6. Call records and SMS messages of MeeTime can be backed up and restored by backing up MeeTime app data.
7. The Password Vault data supports backup and restoration only on the same device.
Note: The above information is applicable to HiSuite 10.0.0.510 and later versions. If the backup options are not available on the HiSuite screen, update HiSuite to the latest version and try again.
