          1. DOA/DAP replacement:

          If any hardware issues occur on the device within seven days of the date of purchase, consumers can claim a replacement.

          2. Huawei warranty duration from the purchasing date:

          Ø Handset ("Product"): twelve (12) months

          Ø Accessories: six (6) months

          3. Huawei does not provide a warranty in the following scenarios:

          Ø Huawei devices that are not bought through official channels in Cambodia;

          Ø Issues caused by dropping, spillage of liquid, corrosion, rust, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents;

          Ø Issues caused by the use of the equipment in manners other than normally intended, use of non-standard chargers when charging the device, or connection to another device;

          Ø Issues caused by repair, alteration, or modification in non-authorized service sites;

          Ø Out of warranty and other man-made damage.

          4. Data backup:

          Before returning any unit for service, be sure to back up your data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information from the product. Huawei is not responsible for data loss during the maintenance process.
