AppAdvisor, also known as Top Apps, is a preinstalled portal for app recommendation and pushing. The feature will activate only after you touch the Top Apps folder and approve the use of it. The recommended apps come in as links, which do not occupy any of your local storage. They will not be downloaded until you touch them for downloading and installation.
