Sound plays from the speaker instead of the earbuds when using the WeChat/QQ/Game For Peace/Arena of Valor/VooV Meeting apps

Problem

  • Social media apps
    1. When a WeChat or QQ call rings or is connected, sound plays from the speaker instead of the connected earbuds in certain situations, or sound plays from the speaker for a short period and then switches to the earbuds.
    2. When a WeChat call is connected, sound plays from the speaker instead of the earbuds.
    1. When a WeChat or QQ call is connecting or connected, sound plays from the speaker instead of the earbuds when the user pinches on or taps an earbud to answer or hang up the call.
    2. During a WeChat or QQ call, sound switches from the earbuds to the speaker after the user opens a live broadcast or audio app.
    3. When the earbuds are connected to two devices, sound switches to the speaker after the user hangs up an incoming call during a WeChat call.
    4. After the user taps an earbud to wake up AI Voice and asks Celia to make a WeChat call, sound switches to the speaker when WeChat initiates the call.
    5. During a QQ voice call, sound switches to the speaker after the user puts back on the earbuds.
    6. When the user listens to an audio book using WeChat Read, sound switches to the speaker after the user opens an audio or video app and then returns to WeChat Read.
    7. During a WeChat voice call, sound switches to the speaker after the user opens Happy Poker.
    8. During a QQ voice call, sound switches to the speaker after the user opens HOK Camp.
  • Gaming apps
    1. When the user turns on the microphone during gameplay using Game For Peace/Arena of Valor/PUBG/LifeAfter/Call of Duty, sound switches to the speaker.
    2. When the user turns on the microphone during gameplay in Game For Peace/Arena of Valor, sound switches to the speaker when the user answers and hangs up a WeChat voice call.
    3. When the user uses Game For Peace/Arena of Valor/PUBG/LifeAfter/QQ Speed/Call of Duty, sound switches to the speaker after the user opens WeChat or an audio or video app and then returns to the game app.
    4. When the user uses Game For Peace/Arena of Valor/PUBG/LifeAfter/QQ Speed/Call of Duty, sound switches to the speaker when the user answers a call.
  • Conference and camera apps
    1. When the user joins a meeting in Tencent Meeting, sound switches to the speaker in certain situations.
    2. After the user opens the camera in certain home apps, music on the phone switches to the speaker.
    3. During a DingTalk voice call, sound switches to the speaker and cannot be switched to the earbuds when the user removes the earbuds and puts them back on.
