Problem:
A "HwSmartSuggestion is running" notification is displayed in the notification panel.
Cause:
HwSmartSuggestion is a background service. When it is running in the background, a notification will appear informing you of its status.
Solution:
You can open Settings, search for and access Apps, go to 
> Show system processes from the upper right corner, search for and access Feature Advisor, touch Notifications, and disable Allow notifications for the app.
