Problem
An ongoing call ends when the user presses the Power button.
Cause
You may have enabled the Power button ends call feature.
Solution
Disable Power button ends call as follows:
Search for Power button ends call in Settings and disable it. Alternatively, touch the icon (
) in the upper right corner of the Phone screen, select Settings, and toggle off the blue switch next to Power button ends call. This switch then turns gray, indicating that the feature has been disabled.
