Problem
When the user opens multiple windows to play local videos or online videos, they find that the desktop icons overlap with each other, or the background of the desktop turns black in some areas or all areas, icons in the taskbar cannot display normally, or the system lags.
Cause
There is a compatibility issue with the Windows 10 system when playing videos using multiple windows.
Solution
- Restart your computer and check whether this resolves the issue.
- Huawei has reported this issue to Microsoft. Stay tuned for future Windows updates.
