1. HUAWEI Care ("HUAWEI Care Event") is organized by HUAWEI Device (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.
("HUAWEI"), and the event will be conducted in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the Company Policy.
2. Customers who wish to purchase products from participating HUAWEI Customer Service
Centers. Whether it's the HUAWEI Experience Store (HES) or an appointed HUAWEI Customer
Service Center. Within the specified period, the customer will be eligible to purchase
this product together with a new HUAWEI device under the condition that the device the
customer wants to purchase must participate in the HUAWEI Care event, and the customer
will receive an additional warranty extension from the basic warranty that the customer
will receive according to specific model.
3. HUAWEI Care products extend the warranty period by 1 year.
( i ) HUAWEI will
provide an additional warranty period of 12 months in addition to the basic warranty
that customers receive and begin from the date of purchase of this device. The terms and
conditions of this extended warranty are the same as the terms and conditions of the

4. HUAWEI Care products are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for the
following:
If the customer successfully replaces the device. The replaced device
will receive the remainder of the HUAWEI Care Extended Warranty period purchased.
5. HUAWEI recommends that customers check the status or eligibility of this product
through support channels. And stay informed because if there are any changes to the
terms and conditions, customers can be aware of them in a timely manner.
6. Customer agrees and provides consent to HUAWEI to the use of any personal data as
provided by the Customer for the purposes of purchasing and providing the Service
Related Product purchased in line with the applicable personal data protection laws and
regulations.
7. By providing personal information, the customer reads and agrees to the company's

The customer agrees to HUAWEI, its agencies, or third-party companies that may be
contacted due to content related to this HUAWEI Care product.
8. By participating in the HUAWEI Care, Customer agree to be bound by this Terms and
Conditions and HUAWEI’s decisions are final and binding. No correspondence or appeals
will be entertained. HUAWEI reserves the right to the final and ultimate interpretation
of this HUAWEI Care. HUAWEI reserves the rights to add, amend or vary the terms and
conditions of the Campaign at any time without further notice.
9. To the fullest extent permissible by laws, Customer agrees to discharge and release
HUAWEI and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives,
parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and
fulfilment agencies, from any liabilities and claims (including from breach of contract,
tort, negligence or any other cause of actions at law or equity) arising out of or in
any way connected to this Campaign.
