A: HUAWEI Care is a range of protection plans for selected HUAWEI devices purchased from HUAWEI selected outlets.
2.Q: Can I claim in other countries?
A: No. Customer shall claim in HUAWEI authorized service centers and HES in local country only.
3.Q: Can I purchase multiple times?
A: No. One device is only entitled for 1 time purchase of service product.
4.Q: How to claim HUAWEI Care?
A: Please bring over your cracked device and proof of purchase (HUAWEI Care purchase receipt) to the nearest HUAWEI Customer Service Center, our service center staffs will assist you.
5.Q: What documents are needed for the claim of
HUAWEI
Care?
A: Customer must present the purchase receipt of HUAWEI Care to validate the eligibility. Please keep the receipt properly.
6.Q: What are the differences between HUAWEI Care and the unofficial protection plan?
A: HUAWEI Care: Customer can check the warranty status in HUAWEI official website
and repair/replace

1. Q: Can I purchase HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty after that my product is repaired at HUAWEI Customer Service Center?
A: If you didn't purchase HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty for your product before, and is still in-warranty after being repaired at a HUAWEI Customer Service Center, meanwhile the product is still within 10 months after being purchased, so you can purchase a new HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty.
2. Q: How can I check the repair status of my MateBook device?
A: You can query whether you have extended warranty rights on the HUAWEI Device official website or support app the next day after purchasing a product in a store.
3. Q: Can I have a warranty if my device's screen cracks or liquid has penetrated into my device after purchasing HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty?
A: HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty is applicable only to non-man-made damages that occur during the normal use of the product. Therefore, broken and water penetrated device production during the warranty period of HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty can’t be repaired free of charge.
4. Q: How about the warranty period after using HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty?
A:HUAWEI will guarantee 90 days warranty of the product after using HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty at least. If the warranty period of the entire device is longer than 90 days after that you used HUAWEI Care - Extended Warranty to get the device repaired, the warranty period of the replaced spare parts is the same as that of the device. If the warranty period of the entire device is shorter than 90 days, the replaced spare parts are guaranteed for 90 days.
5. Q: How does HUAWEI guarantee maintenance quality?
A: Our engineers will use the original spare parts to repair your device, we can guarantee the quality of repair, if there's still anything wrong with your device, you can contact us again.
1. Q: What is HUAWEI Care Accidental Damage Protection for Watch ?
A: If your watch is damaged (excluding lost or stolen) due to accidental collision, drop, squeeze, or liquid penetration during normal use, you only need to pay the corresponding repair service fee to replace and repair the original HUAWEI equipment.
2. Q: How long does it cover under HUAWEI Care Accidental Damage Protection for Watch ?
A: Coverage time: in 12 months from the date of purchase (according to official purchase receipt).

conditions are as following:
1- Customer needs to buy this protection with the new devices, or maximum within 24

be used for other devices.
3- After purchasing the service product, and when customer want to claim the
benefits, customer can buy a single headset with a half price off.
