[HUAWEI] Schedule on/off doesn't take effect on the kids watch

If the watch is powered off, new or modified Schedule on/off settings in the HUAWEI FamCare app will not take effect. Please set the Schedule on/off feature when the watch is powered on.

Make sure that the watch is not being charged, making an emergency call, or in a call

  • If the kids watch is being charged, it will always be powered on and the Schedule on/off feature will not take effect.
  • If the kids watch is in Emergency SOS mode or is making a phone call, the Schedule on/off feature will not take effect.

Make sure that the watch is connected to a network

When the watch's network condition is poor, the commands for Schedule on/off set in the HUAWEI FamCare app will not be delivered to the watch.

Methods to check this:

  • Touch Locate on the home screen of the HUAWEI FamCare app. If the watch can be located, the network condition is normal.
  • Swipe down from the status bar on the watch, and check the signal status to determine the network condition. If the watch network is abnormal, connect the watch to a Wi-Fi network or restart the watch, and try again.

Make sure that the time period set for Schedule on/off are correct

Make sure that the time period set for Schedule on/off are correct. On the time settings screen for Schedule on/off in the HUAWEI FamCare app, the time on the left is for Schedule on and the time on the right is for Schedule off.
