The positioning accuracy of Find Device depends on the signal strength at the location of the phone you are trying to locate.

GPS positioning: Accurate to within a range between 10 m to 100 m.

Wi-Fi positioning: Accurate to within a range between 5 m to 200 m.

Base station positioning: Accurate to within a range between 500 m to 5000 m, depending on the density of the base stations.

The positioning accuracy of Find Device is related to the map's accuracy and environment in which the target phone is located. The accuracy will be affected by Wi-Fi signals, clouds, tall buildings, building density, indoor coverage (such as metro coverage), and other factors. To improve the positioning accuracy, touch the Locate button on the Find Device screen to manually refresh the positioning results.
