Making calls from the kids watch

Method 1: Swipe on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the Phone screen and select the contact you want to call. Alternatively, open Call logs, select the contact or number you want to call, and touch for call or Call.

Method 2: Swipe on the home screen of the kids watch to enter the Phone screen, touch Keypad, dial a number, and touch the Call icon in the lower left corner to make a call.

 

• Touch and hold 7, 9, or 0 on the keypad to enter the corresponding symbol.
• Swipe on the home screen of the kids watch and then go to Phone > Call logs to view call logs. Call logs cannot be viewed in the FamCare app.
• The kids watch supports calling the numbers of family members, quick numbers, group numbers, and fixed-line phone numbers. When calling a fixed-line phone number, the country/region code needs to be added.
• The kids watch supports calling phone numbers outside the Chinese mainland. To call a number outside the Chinese mainland, you will need to enable the international toll call service and add a country/region code before the number when adding the contact. (The code for the Chinese mainland is +86.)

Making calls to the kids watch

Method 1: (Admin) Open the FamCare app and touch Call on the lower part of the home screen to call the kids watch.

Method 2: Dial the phone number of the kids watch on your phone.

 

• Using the FamCare app to call the kids watch requires the use of your phone's SIM card.
• After Block strangers is enabled in the FamCare app, only contacts saved in Contacts on the kids watch can make calls to the watch.
• To use the Call feature in the FamCare app on a dual-SIM phone: If you have set the default SIM card and touch the Call icon in the FamCare app, the default SIM card will be used. If you have not set the default SIM card and touch the icon, a screen will be displayed for you to select card 1 or card 2. To ensure that you can use your phone to call the kids watch, set an admin's phone number linked with the HUAWEI ID as the default SIM card for making calls.
