If the watch's storage space is insufficient, upload the content saved in Gallery on the watch to Cloud Gallery. Then free up space by deleting messages, Gallery content or other data stored on the watch.

1. (Main admin) Open the FamCare app and go to > Cloud Gallery > to enable the Cloud Gallery feature.
2. Delete data stored on the kids watch.

   Press the Home button from the home screen of the kids watch to enter the app list and go to Settings > Advanced settings > Clear app data, and touch Clear data. This operation will clear messages, chat records, call logs, content in Gallery. This will not delete contacts or settings, such as Class time mode, alarm clocks, footprint records, and safe zones.

When the kids watch is connected to a charger, the battery level is higher than 10%, and the Wi-Fi is available, the photos saved in Gallery on the watch will be automatically uploaded to Cloud Gallery.

You will need to enter the password to access advanced settings. After the kids watch is paired for the first time, a four-digit password will be randomly generated. You can view and change it by going to > Settings > Password protect advanced settings in the FamCare app.
