Problem
The user can't switch the position of the blue background from No to Yes when running a program as an administrator on the User Account Control screen in Windows 11.
Cause
The blue background is the instruction to press Enter, which is a new feature of Windows 11. When you switch between Yes and No, the black box serves as the instruction instead.
Solution
This doesn't affect normal use. Please keep an eye out for Microsoft feature changes.
