The printer supports the following paper types and sizes:
- Paper types: ordinary paper, thick paper, and recycled paper.
- Paper sizes: A4, B5 JIS, A5 (SEF), B6 JIS (SEF), A6 (SEF), Letter, and Executive.
- Paper thickness: 60 to 105 g/m2.
- Press both sides of the paper tray with both hands to pull it out.
- Take sheets of paper for printing, shuffle them back and forth to loosen the sheets, fan the sheets, and place them down on a flat surface to even them out and prevent paper jams.
A curled sheet of paper may cause paper jams, so flatten the paper before loading it.
- Hold the handle of the paper tray, pull out the rear baffle, load an appropriate amount of paper with the printable side facing down, and slide the paper length baffle against the paper edge.
If you want to load a sheet of paper that has been printed on one side, place it on the top of other paper with the blank side facing down, and put the paper into the paper tray.
- Insert the paper tray back into the printer. In this case, the paper tray's dust-proof cover will be ejected.
Please note that you need to reserve a space of at least 10 cm behind the printer. Otherwise, the paper tray's dust-proof cover cannot be ejected normally after you load paper, which will result in the paper being curled or jammed and the printer being unable to work normally.
