Problem

When the desktop is hit or the monitor is touched, the monitor shakes slightly.

Cause

The HUAWEI MateView SE (standard support edition) is ultra-light at just 3.4 kg, and designed to be picked up and placed with ease. In addition, to streamline installation, quick release snap-fits are used to fasten the monitor's support column and base, and there is a small gap between the column and base. Therefore, when the desktop or monitor are touched, the monitor may shake slightly.

Solution

1. HUAWEI monitors have undergone a strict inspection process before leaving the factory. Slight shaking will end quickly, and should not affect your normal use.
2. If the monitor shakes significantly, check whether the support column and base have been correctly installed, and whether you have placed the monitor on a solid flat surface.
3. If the monitor still shakes when the support column and base have been correctly installed, and neither the desktop nor monitor has been touched, feel free to contact Huawei after-sales personnel for assistance.
