Problem
The Emotional wellbeing test result in the latest cycle conflicts with the latest Stress test result (for example, the former test result is Pleasant, while the latter indicates a high stress level).

This is normal and does not indicate an issue with your device. Emotional wellbeing and Stress test provide results in different dimensions of emotion.
Emotional state indicates positive and negative emotions (pleasant, neutral, or unpleasant). Emotions are the natural response to and outward expression of a person's subjective experience and belong to a type of psychological phenomenon closely related to the person's tendencies such as wants and desires.
Stress state indicates how much your body is activated, represents the difference between the levels of physiological activities and psychological alertness, and refers to a state in which your body responds to a threat, challenge, or physiological/psychological disorder. (Stress levels include Low, Normal, Moderate, and High.)
It is normal that the Emotional Wellbeing test result in the latest cycle conflicts with the latest stress test result. Please stay assured.
Emotional wellbeing is not a medical feature. Its results are for reference only and should not be used for medical diagnosis, research, or treatment. If you have a mental health condition or need counselling, please consult a doctor in specific fields.
