When a Xiaomi phone is connected to both a HUAWEI watch and Bluetooth earbuds, the watch still displays an incoming call notification after the call is answered on the phone

Problem

When a Xiaomi/Redmi phone is connected to both a HUAWEI WATCH 3/4/5/Ultimate 2 Series watch and Bluetooth earbuds, the watch continues to display the incoming call notification screen and rings/vibrates after the call is answered on the phone.

Solution

Temporary solution: Go to Settings > Bluetooth > Advanced settings, and disable Allow in-band ringtones.

Permanent solution: Thank you for your feedback. Our R&D engineers have analysed this issue and found that it is caused by the HyperOS of Xiaomi/Redmi instead of HUAWEI watches. Please contact Xiaomi manufacturer for assistance.
