Problem:

The protective case or flip cover is fitted too securely to be taken off the phone.

Solution:

1. To prevent your phone from detaching easily, protective cases and flip covers for phones are generally designed to be fitted securely. It is recommended that you remove the protective case or flip cover from the upper right or lower right corner of the case.
   1. When installing the protective case, first fit the top of the phone into the case and then fit the bottom of the phone body into the case.

   2. When removing the protective case, hold the top part of the phone, push the lower left or right corner of the protective case away from the phone, and then repeat this on the other corner. The protective case can then be easily removed.

2. Use a protective film, protective case, or flip cover designed for your phone model purchased from an official Huawei channel. Generally speaking, such customised accessories are easy to remove from your phone.
